Because the Cerebrate, being mightily tired of never finding hia bookmarka in the browser he's currently using, or in many cases, on the computer he's currently using, or in the building he's currently in, for that matter, has tired of the whole game and put them all here:

72 (a). Anyone who points this out will be accused of disagreeing totally and/or trying to exonerate entirely the parties from the former clause, even if they go to great pains to point out the factuality or justification in question.
